There are no refunds once your purchase is ordered - exchanges only.
If you unfortunately receive merchandise that has been damaged during the shipping process, please ship it back to the address below* along with your shipping receipt. We will replace your item and reimburse your shipping costs in the form of an online gift card that you can use at any time for future purchases. We do not replace damaged CD jewel boxes.
After 30 days of the date of your purchase, we can no longer exchange or replace your items.
*The exchange address is included with your shipped purchase.
